BOTOX Cosmetic: BOTOX® is an effective anti-aging treatment, a quick cosmetic plastic surgery procedure, to temporary eliminate or reduce facial wrinkles, other uses of BOTOX® Cosmetic include:

  • To prevent headaches in adults with chronic migraines who have 15 or more days each month with headaches lasting 4 or more hours each day
  • To treat increased muscle stiffness in elbow, wrist, and finger muscles in adults with upper limb spasticity
  • To treat the abnormal head position and neck pain that happens with cervical dystonia (CD) in adults
  • To treat certain types of eye muscle problems (strabismus) or abnormal spasm of the eyelids (blepharospasm) in people 12 years and older
  • To treat the symptoms of severe underarm sweating (severe primary axillary hyperhidrosis)

Juvederm®: Juvederm® is an injectable filler that lasts up to one year. This injectable gel temporarily adds volume to facial tissue and restores a smoother, younger-looking appearance to the face.

Radiesse®: Radiesse® is a reliable injectable facial filler used by the Westchester Cosmetic Surgeon that is available for cosmetic and reconstructive purposes to give patients fuller lips, fill in wrinkles and lines (such as the nasal labial folds, and correct HIV induced facial wasting). Unlike Collagen, Radiesse® (Radiance) does not require an allergy test and lasts for over one year.

Radiesse® (Radiance) can smooth and enhance areas of the face including:

  • Reducing lines between the nose and mouth, and on the upper lip
  • Filling in the so-called “smile lines” and “frown lines”
  • Diminishing blemishes like acne scars or other depressed scars
  • Renewing fullness in the lips
  • Restoring the natural contours of the cheeks
  • Restoring cheek volume

How long does the Radiesse® (Radiance) treatment take?
Your Radiesse (Radiance) treatment will, in most cases, take less than half an hour. You may experience minimal discomfort. Your treatment will be performed in Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, Douglas M. Senderoff, MD, FACS’ Manhattan or Westchester, New York office. 

Lip Augmentation: Lip augmentation is a cosmetic plastic surgery procedure to increase the size of the lips and may reduce fine wrinkles around the mouth. The upper or lower lip may be treated alone, or both lips may be enlarged at the same time. Lip augmentation can be achieved by injecting or surgically implanting materials into the lips. Some procedures are temporary, others are permanent.
